Installing the Pulsar Plus Software

 

 

Install Screen Guide

Step 2

Run through the setup program as shown in the images below.

 

Wait until this screen dissappears

 

Click "OK" to continue past this screen

 

Click "Continue" at this screen and the software will have finished installing. After this closes you can try and run the software from your start menu.

 

 

Note. If the following screen appears you most likely have a permissions problem. Contact your IT Administrator for further assistance.

 

Here you can select where you want to install the software. When you are ready click on the image of the computer.

Check the Install

STEP 3

After connecting the PULSAR PLUS to your PC and installing the software please check it is working correctly.

Run the PULSAR PLUS software application from your start menu and you will should see this screen

If you see an error message when trying to open the software please
refer to our troubleshooting guide



Insert the Cd

STEP 1

Figure 1 shows the disk that should have come with your Pulsar Plus package.

Please insert this into your CD / DVD drive on your computer and an automatic run prompt for setup.exe should appear. Click Run.

If this does not appear go to your "My Computer" or "Computer" tab via the start menu and double click the CD / DVD drive you have inserted the disk into to run "setup.exe"

STEP 1 - Insert the CD
STEP 2 - Run through the Install Menus
STEP 3 - Check the Installation

Common error message on install - "Could not Create Directory"
