We now supply an ActiveX control for the CTIMeteor Plus, allowing the user to log all incoming and outgoing calls for a single PSTN phone line.

Reason for the Active CID Professional Drive

The Active CID drive is supplied by Pathway Data whilst Crucible Technologies manufactures the CTI Meteor Plus. The Meteor Plus is designed for software developers to purchase and integrate with their software. If you want the Meteor Plus to work with your software straight away then this Active X driver will setup the Meteor Plus to work on your computer by telling the computer what com port information it is receiving and how to interpret this data. Your software can then pick up this interpreted information.
