As some of the products we sell are sophisticated instruments, it is important to make sure that they are continuing to measure correctly. If a company fails to check and maintain calibration, it could face difficulty substantiating any measurements, in the event of a claim. We recommend that calibration is carried out annually.

When we calibrate we make sure that all products meet the original specification. We make sure that:

  • Calibration is traceable back to National Standards.
  • The unit is refurbished.
  • If it is mains powered, we carry out a safety test.


To Arrange a Calibration

  • Select the "Calibration Request" option.
  • Under "Your Message" include the serial number of the product
  • Please fill in the fields for "Company Name", "Email address" and "Telephone Number".

    • After we receive the order we will contact you to supply you with a returns number and to arrange payment.
